EACH RENTAL INCLUDES THE ENTIRE VENUE:

 6 Hours of Event Rental (It's a Celebration!) (+1 FREE HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT FOR VENDORS SET UP)

  • A custom-designed welcome sign prominently displayed on a large screen at the entrance.

  • High-top tables with candle centerpieces arranged throughout for the cocktail hour.

DINNER | BUFFET MENU

SWEETS

  • Custom Wedding Cake  (3-tier design, with each tier offering a unique flavor and filling) (Please note that we pack the top-tier cake for you to take home. Saving the top tier of a wedding cake is a cherished tradition that symbolizes a couple's commitment to one another and their hopes for a long, happy marriage. This tier is typically preserved and enjoyed on the couple's first anniversary.) 

  • Cupcakes and donuts for Cupcake/Donut  Walls

  • Cake Cutting Set (Silverware for cutting the cake)

​MIRROR PHOTOBOOTH

  • The Magic Mirror Photo Booth will be available for guests to take photos, which can be instantly transferred to their phones. It will be open during cocktail hour and again after dinner.

 

​WEDDING DJ

  • Experienced and professional wedding DJ who collaborates closely with the couple and wedding planner to ensure the music perfectly aligns with the couple's vision and preferences.  ​

  • First Dance with Cloud Effect (Enhance your dance with the magic of our cloud effect.)

  • Throne Loveseat or King & Queen Chairs for the head table

  • Wedding Planner / Day of Coordinator  (Your wedding planner will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a couple’s wedding at the venue to ensure the day runs smoothly and according to plan. 

  • Remembrance Table (optional) (The remembrance table is a special, often emotional, display dedicated to honoring and remembering loved ones who have passed away or cannot be present on the couple's special day. It serves as a way to keep their memory alive and acknowledge their significance in the couple's lives.)

  • Custom-Designed Seating Chart, showcasing the couple's guest list and assigned seating, will be displayed on a screen in the hallway.

 

CEREMONY

  • The Starlight Room will be elegantly decorated with a ceremony backdrop, candles, silk flowers, and a floor runner, all set for your ceremony. Beautiful crystal chiavari chairs. White Ceiling Draping and crystal chandeliers. (Please note that the price remains the same, even if the ceremony is held elsewhere.)

WEDDING REHEARSAL
1-hour rehearsal (Available on Tuesdays only)  (If any members of the bridal party are unable to attend the rehearsal, we kindly ask that they arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony for a brief run-through of the wedding procession.)
